Position Overview: The Agronomy Manager will play a crucial role in driving the company's agronomic services and product sales. This position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact in a thriving agricultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Spearhead the promotion and sales of agronomy products to farmers
  • Collaborate with the Agronomy team to develop strategic goals and action plans
  • Stay abreast of industry advancements, including new agronomic products and services
  • Provide expert recommendations to growers on various agronomic solutions
  • Lead and mentor team members to achieve departmental objectives

Ideal Candidate Profile:


  • Proven track record in agronomy-related sales (perfer grain experience) (2 years preferred)
  • Strong background in Agronomy/Agriculture (required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Self-motivated with a goal-driven approach
  • Management experience (advantageous)
