Requirements:

The Operations Support Specialists performs clerical and administrative work for day-to-day operations. Receives, stores, and distributes material, tools, equipment, and products within establishments by performing the duties listed below.


PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Set up new projects.
  • Coordinate and create product submittals.
  • Coordinate project close-out tasks and documentation.
  • Entry of service tickets and box sales.
  • Project, service and box sale billing.
  • Receiving and shipping of material into and out of the office.
  • Organize materials for future use on projects and service tickets.
  • Monitor and replenish fabrication and stock inventory.
  • Process returns for repair and/or credit.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch.

  • Regular use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
  • Regular, repetitive movements such as typing, mouse movements, and scrolling. Ability to hear and understand spoken communications, both in person and via remote communication tools (e.g., phone, video conferencing).
  • Ability to see and read computer screens and printed documents, as well as adjust focus. This includes prolonged periods of looking at a computer screen.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
