Monday- Friday- Dayshift (On-Site at MHP not a remote position)


  • JOB SUMMARY AND SPECIFICATIONS

    • JOB SUMMARY

      • A Remote Patient Monitoring Nurse monitors patients' health remotely using advanced technology. They track vital signs, analyze data for any concerning trends, and communicate regularly with patients to assess their health. They collaborate with healthcare providers to adjust care plans as needed and respond promptly to any alerts. Additionally, they educate patients on using monitoring devices and provide emotional support. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently.
    • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

      • Professional & Technical Skills

        • Insurance verification/authorization experience and excellent communication skills.
      • License(s) or Certification(s)

        • LPN license with current working knowledge of Physician Office Operations.
      • Other Skills or Requirements

        • Must demonstrate a mature and responsible attitude in dealing with physicians, patients and staff. Must be able to work independently and possess exceptional customer service skills.
      • Skilled to Care for Certain Age-Related Patient Groups (incumbents will be skilled in the care of the following patient groups)
