  • M-F, No weekends or holidays required
  • Shifts are generally 10 hours- but this is negotiable
  • JOB SUMMARY AND SPECIFICATIONS

    • JOB SUMMARY

      • Under supervision of the clinic manager, develops and implements individual physical therapy programs for all ages designed to maximize patient mobility and function within their physical limitations/disabilities through various physical therapy treatment interventions.
    • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

      • Professional & Technical Skills

        • Good communication skills, ability to apply the theory of physical therapy, competency in performing physical therapy treatments and operating equipment, basic computer skills.
      • Education

        • Graduate of an accredited program of physical therapy culminating in a minimum of a bachelor of science degree.
      • License(s) or Certification(s)

        • Valid physical therapy license in the state of Indiana
      • Other Skills or Requirements

        • CPR certification
        • Outpatient Rehab experience preferred
      • Skilled to Care for Certain Age-Related Patient Groups (incumbents will be skilled in the care of the following patient groups)

        • _ Does not apply _ Adolescence ( 13-17 years) _X All age groups _ Infants (0-1 year) _ Geriatric (65+ years) _ Pediatric/Early Childhood (1-12 years) _ Adult ( 18-64 years)
