Job description

Center Manager: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Registered Nurse (RN), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), or Paramedic needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Cedar Falls, IA.

Clinic offers occupational and preventative care for the employees and potentially may respond to emergencies on the campus.

Hours are:
Monday: 11-7p
Tuesday-Friday 10-6

Top Skills You Should Possess:

• Active/unrestricted LPN, RN, EMT, or Paramedic license in state of Iowa
• Minimum 2 years' management experience
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a medical professional
• Preferred experience in: Occupational Health, Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Primary Care, School Nursing, and/or Corrections type setting

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assessment, triage, treatment, and education for employee health concerns
• Provide wellness materials/information
• Managing workers' compensation claims
• Provide medical testing such as: drug screens, pulmonary function, blood glucose, blood pressure, cholesterol, and perform limited interpretation of tests
• Support onsite employee health and wellness efforts
• Charting/documentation of care using EMR system
• Assist First Responders in medical emergencies

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• BLS certified
• Excellent interpersonal skills and work well under pressure
• Confident with computer use (previous experience using EMR and Microsoft products like Teams, Word, and Outlook)
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
