Pay Rate: $31.00/hr.

6:00 PM- 6:00AM

Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. This role requires clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care to patients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician and monitor patient responses.
• Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories.
• Educate patients and their families on healthcare issues, treatments, and medications.
• Ensure compliance with all nursing policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records and documentation.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license
• Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital, nursing home, or healthcare facility.
• Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor towards patients and their families.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
