Overview:

The Clinic Director BCBA ensures proper behavior analytic services are provided to clients. They will develop, plan and implement strategies for program continuation and growth in our organization. The BCBA will be responsible for supervising BCBAs, supervising RBTs, creating and implementing treatment plans, conducting parent trainings, and assisting the director in day to day operations of the clinic. A successful candidate for this position is a self-starter, is driven, and has a passion for serving others.

Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments for clients with autism spectrum disorder (e.g., direct observation, ABC data collection, interviews with family/staff, community providers, etc.)
Develop behavior support plans for these clients in the clinic setting
Develop and implement visual supports and prompts
Identify and implement tailored communication plans based on the patient's needs
Identify behavioral goals, collect data, and modify plans based on progress.
Consult and coordinate with caregivers and other relevant stakeholders in the child's life. You will gather information from caregivers and community providers regarding current behavior plans; provide consultation/coaching to caregivers
Serve as a bridge to community providers and school teams to support transition out of the clinical setting; facilitate safety plans.
Oversee clinic BCBAs.
Train and supervise RBTs on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications
Master's degree in behavior analysis, special education, psychology, or a closely related field as determined by the Behavioral Analyst Certification Board
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Behavior Analyst license in Kansas and Missouri (can apply when hired)
A minimum of two (2) years' experience serving individuals with developmental disabilities (e.g., autism) including at least one (1) year experience completing comprehensive functional assessments and behavior support plans
An interest in serving children between the ages of 2-10 with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other disabilities.
