Responsibilities

The Senior Actuarial Analyst will collaborate with senior and executive leaders in building out HarmonyCares Actuarial team from the ground up. As a Senior Actuarial Analyst you will:

  • Lead the actuarial, clinical, finance and strategy teams with data analysis and modeling
  • Design actuarial processes to optimize organizational efficiency
  • Lead in designing and building claim analysis data tools to stratify large data sets across different financial and outcomes metrics to provide recommendations
  • Lead in designing and building tools to help in trend projections, forecasting, Value Based Care modeling, and risk arrangement assessment and tracking

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
  • Five or more years of experience in a team-based service environment
  • Five or more years of experience in Managed Care, Health or related industry preferred
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills using Excel
  • Strong data analysis skills using SQL and/or SAS and R or Python

USD $150,000.00/Yr.
