The Opportunity: As a Mission Command Information System (MCiS) Training Lead, you're passionate about developing and delivering instruction to training units. You know that learning styles vary, and you thrive in assisting training units grasp critical operations and integration of MCiS systems across multiple Warfighting Functions (WfF). Bring your passion for developing and delivering a diverse mix of training systems to our MCiS training team. As a MCiS Training Lead on our team, you lead a team of MCiS instructors and manage the MCiS instruction program. You'll showcase your technical and operational knowledge and collaborate to devise creative solutions for mission-critical problems. In this role, you will be armed with the resources you need to excel, including the systems, tools, and instruction material. Be empowered to tap into your creative thinking and leadership experience to develop, manage, and deliver training IAW Army standard Programs of Instruction (POI) to training units across the Army National Guard achieves success. Use training materials and other resources to cultivate a learning environment that actively promotes learner engagement. Following doctrine outlined in TC 6-0 series, you ensure system certification through successful training delivery. You Have: 6 years of experience with MCiS teaching 4 years of experience with service in support to the Army or other defense service Experience as an assistant instructor Experience as a subject matter expert operating the MCiS system Knowledge of all MCiS platforms and courseware Ability to ensure MCST trainers are certified and current with Army training doctrine Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Completed an Army MCiS and MCiS Software Systems Course Nice If You Have: 10 years of experience with teaching or operating MCIS 7 years of experience with managing a training program or instructor team Possession of excellent problem-solving skills Master's degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,600.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
