We're looking for a leader that is a system administrator who specializes in hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting and with a background in Risk Management Framework (RMF) ensuring systems and networks are secure. As a simulation support team lead on our team, you lead a group of system administrators and simulation technicians and ensure hardware and software across multiple enclaves are operational to meet exercise and event requirements. You are responsible conduct overall management coordination for all training environment technical, networking, exercise design and required operational support. With your simulation technical background, you are able to install, operate, integrate, troubleshoot communications, application, configurations, establish network connections, monitor and analyze system performance, recommend performance improvements, and respond and mitigate technical issues during day-to-day operations and training support. You Have: 2+ years of experience in team leadership 2+ years of experience in installation, maintenance and troubleshooting support of information systems applications and related peripheral hardware 2+ years of experience in installation, maintenance and troubleshooting support of constructive simulation software Experience in managing the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers running on one or more operating systems and maintaining the integrity and security of servers and systems Secret clearance Associate's degree Ability to obtain DoD 8570.01-M Baseline Computing Environment (CE) Certification Requirements at Information Assurance Technical Level II (IAT II) Nice If You Have: 2+ years of experience with military training and training support 2+ years of experience in technical support and training requirements at brigade or lower level Bachelor's degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
