That's why we need you, a seasoned project manager who can ensure the Army National Guard achieves success. As a Site Manager on our team, you'll be responsible for the performance of work of your team and collaborate with the Task Order Manager (TOM) and client. Mission Training Complex (MTC) Directors and client staff will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, respond to complex problems, and deliver successful simulation-based training to the point of need. As an authority in the Army account, you'll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client's mission. You Have: 10+ years of experience with supervising at least 20 employees 8+ years of experience with military training and training support operations 3+ years of experience with military simulations Experience with serving as either a Battalion or Brigade commander or S3 Experience with operations or training requirements at division or higher level and training management Experience with military training and training support, logistics, and property management Experience with the Army Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP) and MTC operations Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Completed the CGSC, ILE, or MEl4 equivalent level Military School Nice If You Have: 3+ years of experience with Army MTCs Experience as Battalion or higher Command or Operations assignment, equivalent FA57 assignment, or Civilian or Corporate equivalent Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,000.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
