Hospital: Menorah Medical Center Location: Address: 5721 W 119 th st overland park, KS 66209 Unit Name: Cath/EP lab Building: C Cost Center: 74623 General Information Unit Specifics: Number of Beds : 2 rooms; 1 EP lab, 1 Cath lab Patient Ratios : 1:1 Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 2 RNs 3 Techs Type of equipment : Carto, Claris, Acist Documentation system: Meditech and Merge Hemo Scheduling requirements: 5 days a week 7-1530 On Call Requirements: minimum 12 shifts per month Floating policy: may be floated within skill set in facility Patient Experience requirements: Hospital Specifics- Certifications: ACLS, BLS Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Cath lab experience. EP experience. Able to circulate procedure room with minimal orientation. Must have : Advanced skills needed: Experience in EP lab AND Cath Procedures performed on unit: Pacamaker, EP study, SVT ablation, loop recorder, PCI, diagnostic cath, TEE, Cardioversion Certifications Required: NA Dress Code : (Required uniform) Unit provided scrubs, mask, surgical cap Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
