A.Background
It has a continuous quality improvement (CQI) process in place to monitor and facilitate progress of contract outcomes and to provide data reports to guide programming and policy decisions. The Client occasionally needs the expertise of those educated and trained in data analytics to support the data needs of the agency.
B.Purpose
This position is issued by the Client for work to be performed in the areas of data quality checks, data analytics, and data management reports with visualizations. Its purpose is to provide a vehicle to secure the services of pre-selected and contracted vendor(s) from the DOA Master Contract List to provide services in the area of data analytics /integrated technology services.
C.Scope of Work
Services to be provided through the task order process will include the following conditions:
1. This engagement will be conducted between November of 2024 to June 30th of 2025 year 1 and able to be renewed annually for up to 3 years. Time periods for additional years are July 1 to June 30th.
2. This engagement shall include completing five (5) main activities:
3. Actions involved in the main activities listed above will include compile, structure, examine, and present substantial data sets, critically evaluating data to derive meaningful, actionable insights, and simplify complex data insights for audiences without a technical background.
