Responsibilities The House Supervisor is responsible for assisting the leadership team with staffing coordination, shift operations and overall problem solving. In addition he/she assures and supports the appropriate use of resources and mentors clinical staff in the provision of quality care. In the absence of the Health Center Administrator the House Supervisor has the authority and responsibility for administrative decisions and appropriate notification of the Administrator-on-call. The House Supervisor reports to the Director ordesignee. Qualifications Job Requirements: BSN required 4- Year Degree KSBN -KS RN Licensure BLS certified 4 years staff nurse experience Computer literate skills-Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Preferred Job Requirements: Advanced Degree MSN preferred ACLS preferred 1-2 years of management experience preferred
