Senior ServiceNow Developer As required by our governmental client, this position requires being a US Citizen. Requires a Top-Secret Clearance. A Senior ServiceNow Developer with 2-3 years in database concepts and UI customization, and 3-5 years in the full software development lifecycle. They excel in problem-solving, communication, and teamwork. With attention to detail, time management, and flexibility, they ensure high-quality development. They stay updated with trends, prioritize customer service, and have special knowledge in DOS Crisis application development and custom applications. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Senior ServiceNow Developer: Pay commensurate with experience. Senior ServiceNow Developer Responsibilities Include: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders, team members, and users. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and project managers. High level of attention to detail to ensure the quality and accuracy of development work. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and new challenges. Strong customer service orientation to understand and meet the needs of users and clients. Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Senior ServiceNow Developer Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: Requires a Top-Secret Clearance. 3-5 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, including development, administration, and implementation. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, React, and other ServiceNow scripting languages, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience. 2-3 years of experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and AJAX. 3-5 years of experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) modules, including Incident, problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Asset Management. 2-3 years of experience working in Agile development environments, including participation in sprints and scrum meetings. Understanding of database concepts, including SQL and relational database management systems, with 2-3 years of experience. 2-3 years of experience with designing and customizing the user interface in ServiceNow. 3-5 years of experience with the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment.
