Our client is local to Wichita, KA and is a full-service design firm providing innovative design solutions for healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and medical office buildings. Healthcare Studio Leader Requirements:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in leadng healthcare projects and teams.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals.

Healthcare Studio Leader Responsibilities:


  • Provide leadership and management necessary for the continuing development of the healthcare studio.
  • Direct and coordinate project teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
  • Work closely with Business Development, Marketing and Disciplines to effectively market their services.
  • Be actively involved in projects through all phases, from initial client contacts through marketing pursuits, sales efforts, contract negotiations, etc.
  • Participation in national practice forums, and presentations at regional and national conferences.
