PAYMENT OPERATIONS INTERNSHIP

Job Overview: Our highly competitive internship program provides candidates with the opportunity to gain the best hands-on experience that banking has to offer. Fidelity Bank offers real-world opportunities to work in the Payment Operations department. The paid internship program will be completed over a 16-week period beginning January through May 2025, scheduled to work up to 20 hours per week.

The candidate for this position will be responsible for:

• Assisting with data entry and analysis
• Engaging with multiple departments to learn regulatory requirements and best practices for all payment channels
• Collaborating with team members to understand project goals and contribute to discussions and brainstorming sessions

Requirements for the position include:

• A high school diploma (or equivalent)
• Effective planning, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to use resources to maintain accuracy with a strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines
• Knowledge or use of MS365 Office Suite, including Word templates and Excel pivot tables
