Job Description:

Are you a passionate and experienced Primary Therapist looking to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals facing substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges? Join our team in Kentucky at Onsite Bowling Green Outpatient, where we are seeking a dedicated Primary Therapist for our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Active licensure as LPCC, LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, LPCA, CSW, or CADC is required, along with a strong working knowledge of Substance Use Disorders (SUD) and co-occurring mental health issues.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, substance use, and co-occurring needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
Provide individual and group therapy sessions focusing on SUD and co-occurring mental health issues.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Offer education and support for clients and their families.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Actively participate in ongoing professional development to stay informed about advancements in the field.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
Active licensure as LPCC, LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, LPCA, CSW, or CADC in the state of Kentucky.
Working knowledge of Substance Use Disorders (SUD) and co-occurring mental health.
Previous experience in providing therapy for individuals with SUD and mental health challenges.
Strong clinical and assessment skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
