This position involves working weekends, holidays, rotating shifts, and occasional scheduled and unscheduled overtime.

What Youll Do:
Perform Preventative and Corrective Maintenance on steel mill equipment and systems to ensure their safe and efficient operation.
Troubleshoot and repair 480V motors and controls in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Proactively seek out tasks and take on responsibilities, contributing to the team's overall success.
Analyze issues, identify root causes, and propose innovative solutions to challenges in the steel-making process.
Work closely with your team to foster a safe, respectful, and productive workplace, effectively managing any conflicts that may arise.

What Were Looking For:
Minimum 2 Years of Experience: Hands-on experience in industrial or military electrical maintenance, with proven ability to troubleshoot 480V motors and controls.
Maintenance Systems and Techniques Expertise in maintaining, repairing, calibrating, and testing equipment, systems, and processes to ensure optimal performance.
Problem-Solving Skills: Able to analyze problems, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.
Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills, with a commitment to building trust and cooperation among team members.
Thoroughness and Accuracy: A sharp eye for detail, ensuring that every aspect of the job is handled with care and meets expected outcomes.
