Legacy Management is in search of a Full-Time Manager for one of our self-storage facilities in the Northern Kentucky area. We are looking for an individual to join our team with self-storage, sales, customer service, retail, restaurant management, marketing or property management experience who is self-motivated, organized, energetic and has good people skills. We are open to a wide variety of candidate background experiences, while those associated with direct contact with the public are a plus. The Self -Storage General Manager will be responsible for daily property operations; increasing the net operating income of the property; attracting/retaining new residents; supervision and production of staff; preparing property operations reports and the overall well-being of the property. The candidate must be a team player with a positive attitude in accepting directions from their direct supervisor as well as any company directives from the company's ownership.

Qualifications

The Storage Manager is responsible for all aspects of the Property. They must have 2+ years of Property Management experience as well as outstanding organizational and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve all occupancy goals.

Other Qualifications include:

Excellent sales and customer service skills

Must enjoy working with customers face-to-face

Basic computer skills (opening/closing programs, navigating web pages, light data entry)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Backgrounds in a variety of customer environments including property management, retail, restaurant management and hospitality a plus!

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Property Management: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

Driver's License (Preferred)

Legacy Management is a family owned and operated Property Management Company serving the tri-state area for over 35 years. The Company's focus is the management of both multifamily and commercial developments consisting of apartment communities, commercial centers, single family houses and self-storage operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
