The Role

We are looking for a new member to join our PFI Retail team. In this position, you will support a variety of business units across Fidelity by performing data capture, form recognition and customer validation on electronic documents and checks to ensure customer satisfaction and security.

The Team

The goal of PFI Retail is to protect customers' assets by quickly and accurately processing their incoming transactions. The team supports all Fidelity business units by performing form recognition and data capture on forms, documents and checks presented via electronic image. Processing is completed within internal service delivery goals as well as legal and regulatory deadlines governing the timely and accurate processing of transactions.

The Expertise You Have

• Minimum 1 year of electronic transaction processing experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Minimum 1 year of 10 key data entry experience (Preferred)
• Knowledge of financial industry (Preferred)

• Working knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
• Critical thinking skills
• Flexibility- This role may require associates to occasionally have to stay late/come in early and come in on days off

Dynamic Working

At Fidelity TalentSource, our goal is for most people to work flexibly in a way that balances both personal and business needs with time onsite and offsite through what we call "Dynamic Working." Most associates will have a hybrid schedule with a requirement to work onsite at a Fidelity location for at least one week, 5 consecutive days, every four weeks.
