OPPORTUNITY DETAILS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Facility and Location: Hospital near Campbellsville, KY
Dates Needed:
o July 1-5, 8-12, and 15-16
o August 12-16
o September 12-13
o October 14-18 and 24-25
o November 11-16
o December 2-20
Schedule: Monday-Friday; 7 AM-3 PM
Call: 1:5 call rotation (optional)
Practice Setting: Autonomous
Cases: General, endo, ERCP, uro, peds dental, ENT, ortho, and OB; no sick peds, pain, hearts, or heads
Charting: Meditech
Credentialing: 30 days (can expedite with clean file)
