Job Description:

Location: Kentucky and Colorado

• Build a pool of qualified candidates for various positions, to fulfill the hiring requirements, mainly for Blue Collars (Warehouse Operator, Production Associate, Technicians etc).
• Customer focused with excellent relationship building skills.
• Recruit and identify suitable candidates from various sources.
• Search available job boards, databases, and recruiter networks to identify highly qualified candidates.
• Screen potential candidates by telephone to establish compatibility with minimum qualifications and to determine candidate interest.
• Responsible for aspects of the recruitment process to include sourcing, screening, testing, interviewing and selection of security clearance qualified candidates for various job levels.
• Use various recruiting methods to advertise posts and publicize vacancies.
• Manage candidates from initial contact through placement in such a way to establish a long-term relationship.
• Set up consultant database for future requirements according to the skill set.

Requirements:

• At least a minimum of 2-5 years in Light Industrial recruitment space (full cycle).
• End-to-end recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, job offer, negotiating, onboarding, and closing of candidates.
• Strong background in handling technical requisitions.
