As a Family Law Paralegal, you will play a pivotal role in assisting attorneys across various legal matters, conducting research, and providing administrative support to ensure our clients receive superior legal services. Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide excellent customer service, especially in sensitive family law cases.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to facilitate case preparation.
  • Assist attorneys in drafting legal documents, contracts, and pleadings.
  • Maintain organized legal files and documentation.
  • Support case management and trial preparation efforts.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Prepare and file legal documents with courts and government agencies.
  • Stay updated on relevant changes in laws and regulations.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and managing attorney calendars.

Qualifications:


  • 3 years of experience as a Paralegal.
  • Prior experience in Family Law.
  • Strong research and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations within the firm's practice areas.
