Our client, in Henderson, KY is seeking a Compounding Manufacturing Customer Service Rep- Temp to Hire to join their team. As the Customer Service Rep, you will be part of the Service Team supporting production and customer relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong phone presence and exceptional leadership which will align successfully in the organization.

Your Role:

Customer Service Excellence:

• Deliver outstanding service by managing customer expectations and addressing inquiries via phone or email.
• Handle and resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Keep the team informed about customer feedback and complaints.

Quality Assurance:

• Accurately enter customer orders into our IT system.
• Create and verify invoices promptly to maintain error-free records.

Order Tracking & Communication:

• Provide updates to customers on their order statuses.
• Maintain an organized document management system for sales orders.

Leadership & Collaboration:

• Oversee and support customer service representatives.
• Work closely with managers in shipping, warehouse, scheduling, production, and inventory to enhance operational processes.
• Address and resolve any order-related issues swiftly.

Reporting & Coordination:

• Compile and publish daily order reports.
