We have a DDS-Perm/full time role in Colombia, SC.

Colombia, SC DDS-Full-time 33% adjusted production $900 daily $400k+ possible

Position:

• General Dentist need in Lexington, SC (15 minutes outside of Colombia)

• Cleaning, Crowns, Extractions, Fillings, and Dentures

• 2 OPS,1 Exam Chair, 2 Hygiene - Digital Equipment

• Busy Practice-Booking far out (only local facility that accepts Medicaid)

• 4- or 5-day work week options- You'll determine your schedule

• Current office hours Mon-Saturday 8am- 6p.m.

• Office has a team player focused atmosphere

• Payer Mix 75% Medicaid and the rest PPO (ACCEPTS MOST INSURANCES BUT NO HMO'S)

• Partnership Available(100% match after 1 year that vests in 5 years/ if dentist invests 100K, they would match with 100K, own up to 20% of a million dollar practice.)

• Collection rate 97%

• EMR-Open Dental

Offering:

• Compensation is 33% Adjusted production/$800-$900 daily Guarantee +$10k sign-on.

• Option for 4-5 day work week- Total salary will range from $300k annually- $500k+

• These services covered by client: Health insurance directly for provider, Dental, Vision, Gym membership

• PTO, holiday pay, license renewals, CE ($2,500)+ Malpractice
