Level Description 'Support' Leveling Guide consists of jobs that provide administrative and customer service support. Work is typically guided by precedent and performed using established procedures and techniques. Market Summary Under the direction of a registered nurse or team leader, provides general nursing care to patients. Requires LPN or LVN license or appropriate equivalent. Impact Entry level operational position typically requiring little or no prior knowledge or experience. Tasks are simple and typically impact own area of work only. Communication Interacts often with internal stakeholders within own team. Conveys information to internal parties within job area/team in accordance with standard guidelines and procedures. Innovation Problems and issues faced are defined and routine. Tasks are typically solved through following basic standard procedures. Knowledge Demonstrate basic written, interpersonal, analytical and application skills. Typically requires high school diploma and 0-2 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
