Job Description Spiral Solutions and Technologies, Inc. (Spiral) seeks a Subcontract Administrator II to join our team! Requirements Frequent use and general knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards. General application of concepts and principles. Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Refers to policies and practices for guidance. Works under general supervision. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment and overall adequacy and accuracy. Contributes to the completion of organizational projects and goals. Errors in judgment or failure to achieve results would normally require a moderate expenditure of resources to rectify. Frequent internal company and external contacts. Represents organization on specific projects. Education and Experience: Evaluating vendor proposals.
Expediting customer purchase requests.
Following-up with vendors and ensure delivery schedules are met.
Maximizing use of small businesses.
Developing and implementing subcontracting policies and procedures.
Ensuring purchase orders satisfy Federal Acquisition Regulation requirements. Other Requirements: • Must pass drug and alcohol screening. • Must have a Secret security clearance. • Must maintain a positive work environment by communicating and conducting oneself professionally when interacting with customers, clients, co-workers, and management. • Except for STD/LTD/FMLA and approved paid time off (PTO), attendance is considered essential.
