Job description

We are looking for Independently Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologists) interested in working full-time or part-time in a well-established private practice. Master's degree minimum and Kentucky State License required. We do not provide supervision. Working with children, teens, or couples is a strong plus. This is an in-office position.

You create your schedule, working as much or as little as you like. Ideal candidates have experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Mental Health Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, Behavioral Therapist, Marriage and Family Therapist, Adolescent Therapist, Outpatient Therapist, or a Psychologist.

We provide:

- Comforting, relaxing furnished offices where you can add your personal touch.

- Full billing services that include reminder calls, texts, and emails.

- Up-to-date website.

- Full-time admin staff manage your calendar, schedule, and client intakes.

- Staff helps with the credentialing process with insurance companies.

You determine your pay by choosing your schedule. All billing is done in-house within 10 days of appointments. We are paid electronically by insurance companies to ensure the fastest turnaround time possible. On average, our full-time providers (4 full days per week) make $5500-$7500 monthly. All providers are 1099 subcontractors and not W-2 employees.

You choose your schedule and give us a list of your specialties, modalities, and age preferences. We use that information to match specific clients with you. Our office staff handles all billing and all administrative work. All providers work from our offices providing in-person, telehealth, or both. Our operating system is Tebra. We are not hiring remote workers at this time.

We have a high volume of new clients that need behavioral health services. Our office receives direct referrals from schools, the VA, and insurance companies daily.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $7,500.00 per month
