We are excited to announce an opening for a passionate Caribbean Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to create unforgettable travel experiences for our clients, whether they are traveling for business or leisure. You will collaborate with a variety of destinations and vendors, using your creativity and expertise to craft personalized itineraries that align with clients' preferences and budgets. Additionally, you will provide top-notch customer service and support throughout the entire booking and travel process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis to design and execute customized travel plans for clients.
- Understand clients' travel goals, preferences, and expectations to tailor trips accordingly.
- Stay informed about the latest travel trends, products, and regulations, and participate in ongoing training and certification programs.
- Attend webinars and meetings with vendors and suppliers to build relationships and access exclusive deals and offers.
- Manage clients' travel budgets and optimize the value of their trips.
- Create and distribute promotional materials to attract new clients and generate referrals.
- Monitor travel situations and restrictions in various destinations, providing clients with timely advice.
- Arrange all travel-related bookings and reservations, including flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and events.
- Communicate effectively with clients before, during, and after their trips, addressing any issues or concerns.
- Network with tour operators and other travel professionals to explore new opportunities and packages for clients.
- Work part-time or full-time, depending on your availability.

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a sales-oriented mindset.
- Must have a smartphone with internet access; a laptop is preferred but not mandatory.
- Personal or professional travel experience, or a strong interest in travel, is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality, or relevant qualifications, is preferred.
