Description

The Sr. Estimator will:

  • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects is required
  • Review, create, submit quality estimates with detailed proposals from conceptual to construction.
  • Prepare high level quantity and manpower take-offs
  • Prospect and procure new opportunities for bid
  • Comprehensively analyze plans, specifications, proposals and additional documentation to prepare bid estimates for projects
  • Attend site visits, pre-bid meetings, jobsite walk-throughs, bids, and coordination meetings
  • Must maintain an extremely professional working relationship with clients, subcontractors, and peers
  • Other duties as assigned

Profile

The Sr. Estimator should have:

  • 8+ years of estimating experience, preferably at a multifamily GC
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field
