Cath Lab/EP Tech needed ASAP Shift: 7am - 7:30pm • Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 • Weekend Hours: 1-2 weekends call requirements during 6-week schedule • Call Requirements: (Subject to change based on number of staff) - 1-2 days during the week call requirements Blackout Dates: Week of Christmas and the Week after Christmas. UofL now requires all candidates to have the FLU vaccine no exceptions CANDIDATES MUST BE 50 MILES OR MORE FROM THE FACILITY MUST HAVE Experience with Mckesson aka Healthcare Change and Cerner • Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT & KY License or RCIS • Years of Experience: 2+ Must Have Skills/Experience: 2+ years of working experience as a Cath Lab Tech; McKesson & Cerner Experience • Float Requirements: EP Lab Number of Beds: 6 Rooms for Cath Lab • Patient Ratios: 1:1 procedure room only one case at a time • Equipment: Ge X-ray systems • EMR: McKesson Cardiology & Cerner Preferred Skillset/Experience: Preferred Structure heart experience Personality Fit: Detail oriented, Troubleshooting capabilities. Clear and Concise communication skills. Ability to work in multidisciplinary environment • Scrub Color: Hospital provided • Any unacceptable attire:

Cath Lab Technologist, Cath Lab Experience: 2 years Licenses: CLT-KY Certifications: ACLS-AHA(Copy needed); BLS-AHA(Copy needed) AND Cath Lab Technologist, EP Lab Experience: 2 years Certifications: RCIS-Cardiovascular Credentialing International SSN Required DOB Required UofL now requires all candidates to have the FLU vaccine no exceptions
CANDIDATES MUST BE 50 MILES OR MORE FROM THE FACILITY
