Job Title: Project Manager, Army Real Property Support

Location: Leesville, LA (Fort Johnson)

Introduction:

Rivet Operations Company ("Rivet"), a leader in physical and cyber security, scientific research and development and facilities management. Rivet leads a contract at Fort Johnson to provide Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD), Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) data gap analysis and reconciliation, Enterprise Proactive Real-Property Interactive Space Management System (ePRISMS) maintenance and other business systems (i.e. GFEBS) data analysis, operations and ePRISMS training. Rivet is seeking a Project Manager to lead a team of up to ten professionals.

Duties:

Under the guidance of the Program Manager, is responsible for the overall management of the specific task order and team resources to ensure customer's satisfaction. Organizes, directs, and coordinates the planning, production, validation, and reporting of all activities associated with assigned delivery order projects. Utilizes exceptional writing and oral communication skills to ensure quality products and services are delivered.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain the security clearance requirement for the position.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Project Management Professional certification or equivalent (in progress is acceptable)
  • Five years of project management experience, including increasing responsibilities in assignment, supervision, and management of up to ten resources.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage the government customer on their support needs, pain points, and develop solutions with the people, organization, processes, information, and technology available.
  • Coach and mentor team and share knowledge and best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to interact professionally and efficiently with military and civilian customers.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the direct supervision of professionals supporting Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD), Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) data gap analysis and reconciliation, Enterprise Proactive Real-Property Interactive Space Management System (ePRISMS) maintenance and other business systems data analysis, operations and ePRISMS training.

Physical Requirements:

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distance may be required. Possible lifting up to 25 lbs.
