Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

- Conduct patient assessments to identify behavioral health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Utilize medical documentation to accurately record client data and progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care.
- Utilize medical terminology to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals.
- Collect and analyze data to inform behavioral health interventions and measure client outcomes.
- Develop and implement behavioral health programs to support clients with developmental disabilities.
- Provide client care and support to individuals with behavioral health needs.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance in all aspects of client care and documentation.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral health issues and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide behavioral health interventions and support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest behavioral health research and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Board certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and practices.
- Excellent client assessment and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance.
- Proficiency in medical documentation and terminology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data collection and analysis.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
