Service Supervisor- Pipeline Job Summary

We are seeking a Pipeline Service Supervisor to be responsible for overseeing and coordinating pipeline maintenance and service operations. This role involves managing field crews, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintaining efficient workflows to support the successful execution of pipeline projects. The Pipeline Service Supervisor will work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure that all services are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with company policies.

Service Supervisor- Pipeline Responsibilities

• Manage and lead field crews in pipeline service operations, including maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Coordinate daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and job assignments to ensure efficient execution of services.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.
• Monitor work quality to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications. Perform regular inspections and audits of service operations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during service operations. Communicate project progress, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on job progress, crew performance, and any issues encountered. Maintain accurate records of all operations and maintenance activities.
• Oversee the maintenance and utilization of tools, equipment, and vehicles. Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and available for use.
• Ensure all operations comply with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies.

Service Supervisor- Pipeline Position Requirements

• Knowledge and proven ability to operate diesel driven triplex pumps, air compressors, desiccant dryers, torque pumps/wrenches, centrifugal pumps, portable lathe field machines and to train employees on such equipment
• Knowledge of rental/ service equipment design and specifications.
• Detailed knowledge on the mechanics and operations of all equipment.
• Quantitative and analytical skills
• Ability to safely use and operate a forklift
• Computer skills (especially Microsoft Office programs, i.e. Excel and Word)
• Travel up to 100% through United States and Gulf of Mexico;staying overnight for extended period
