Start Date: ASAP Agency Specific Background Check: none Background Check Timeframe: none PMO Program: Yes Program PTO & Holiday Package: 11 holidays + 7 sick + 5 days PTO Program Mission: Provides services that implement an enterprise-wide capability for effective and integrated operations, oversight, responsibility, and accountability for the NMCI and the MCEN, incorporate the ONE-Net into a converged enterprise IT services business model, and support DoD agency/military department (MILDEP) convergence to the same enterprise IT services business model albeit in separate management domains. Contract Ultimate Expiration Date: 06/01/2025 LCAT Job Title: NetOps Specialist - Senior Minimum LCAT Requirements - Clearance: Secret Certifications: IAT II (one of the below) AND CCNA required to start CCNA Security CySA+ GICSP GSEC Security+ CND SSCP MUST OBTAIN IAT III Certification within 180 days of starting MUST OBTAIN CCNP R/S OR CCDP within 180 days of starting Education: Bachelors Degree Years of Experience: 8+ Must be flexible on work hours. Will need to participate COOP exercises until 9pm bi-weekly at a minimum, but the ideal candidate is flexible to work evenings as needed. Evening hours will be offset to maintain a 40 hr work week. Responsibilities: Oversee the infrastructure and network operation by responding appropriately to alerts and events. Oversee incident resolution, ensuring appropriate response to escalations. Coordinate infrastructure repairs including directing remote activities to ensure continuity for service delivery. Review root cause analysis documentation to address performance management and incident correlation issues. Provide data center support where appropriate. Oversee daily shift activities and document in appropriate reporting and ticketing tools and ensure continuity for any outstanding issues. Provide incident notification to Government representatives.
