We're on the hunt for top-tier talent to join a growing team at a leading heavy civil construction company! Our valued client is urgently looking for a seasoned Heavy Civil Superintendent with 7 years of experience in bridge construction to lead projects from start to finish.

Here's what you'll do:

• Lead bridge construction projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely completion.
• Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to align project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
• Manage procurement processes and enforce strict safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
• Cultivate strong client relationships, oversee project teams, and conduct comprehensive project reviews to ensure success.

To be a perfect fit, you'll possess:

• Minimum 7 years of Superintendent experience in heavy civil construction, with a focus on bridge projects.
• Demonstrated track record of success in managing complex bridge construction projects.
• Prior experience working with DOT regulations and requirements.
• Exceptional leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
