With an in-house team of Architects and Designers partnered hand in hand with the general contracting arm of the business, they deliver seamless, quality-focused solutions for their clients.

They handle everything from kitchen and bath renovations to $2M+ ground up luxury projects.

Description

The Project Manager is responsible for:

  • Leading and managing high-end residential renovation projects ($200K-$2M), including $2M+ projects lasting up to a year
  • Overseeing project timelines, budgets, quality control, and client satisfaction
  • Coordinating with designers, architects, procurement teams, and subcontractors
  • Ensuring that warranty items are addressed promptly and efficiently
  • Conducting project estimations, manage project bids, and oversee the procurement of materials
  • Utilizing project management software (Co-Construct, Microsoft) for tracking progress and communication
  • Maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and a high level of customer service
  • Conducting regular site visits, ensuring projects are on track, safe, and up to quality standards
  • Working closely with the site supervisor and team to manage project milestones, address issues, and keep projects on budget and schedule
  • Collaborating with the entire team to uphold the company's commitment to excellence and trustworthiness

Profile

The right candidate has the following qualifications:

  • Experience in residential construction management, ideally with a design-build firm
  • Estimating experience, preferably with a background in trades
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership skills combined with a team-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using project management software (Co-Construct, Microsoft)
  • A positive attitude, sense of humor, and ability to work well under pressure
  • Must be able to commute to projects located along the coast (Scarborough to Freeport)
  • A degree in Construction or related field - preferred not required
