Summary for the (Electronic) Loan Servicing Documentation Specialist:

  • Responsible for the imaging of all loan documentation for Consumer, Residential and Commercial loans.
  • Responsible for the handling of all paid loans and discharges.
  • Responsibilities will also include acting as a back-up investor reporting, monthly government reporting, and escrow disbursements.

Job Requirements for the (Electronic) Loan Servicing Documentation Specialist:

  • Two or more years' experience in a financial/loan servicing environment.
  • Familiarity of Consumer, Residential, and Commercial loans.
  • Multi-task orientated and flexible.
  • Possess strong computer and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service oriented for both internal & external customers.

Specific Job Functions for the (Electronic) Loan Servicing Documentation Specialist:

  • Image all documentation related to consumer, residential and commercial loans to the FDM system and ensure that all documentation is legible and the file is accurate and complete.
  • Image all denied and withdrawn loans to the FDM database system and ensure that all documents are legible, and the file is accurate and complete.
  • Handle all paid loans including release of collateral and discharge of mortgage.
  • Manage UCC renewals and terminations.
  • Assist when needed with investor remittance and monthly reporting.
  • Assist when needed with the monthly government reporting for FHA, VA, and Rural Development & MSHA.
  • Assist when needed with insurance cancellations and escrow disbursements.
  • Assist with the annual escrow analysis.
  • Answer phone calls and assist internal/external customers.
