Overview/ Job Responsibilities Sev1Tech is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Management Analyst to join our dynamic team as a Journeyman level professional. As a Management Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing organizational efficiency and effectiveness through data analysis, process improvement, and strategic planning. Responsibilities: Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Utilize various tools and methodologies to extract meaningful insights that inform decision-making. Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current processes and workflows. Recommend and implement improvements to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance overall organizational performance. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies. Work closely with senior management to align business objectives with tactical initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and strategic approach. Reporting and Presentations: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for leadership, highlighting key findings, recommendations, and progress updates. Communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Project Management: Lead and participate in projects aimed at enhancing organizational efficiency. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation of initiatives. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, understand challenges, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive positive change. Minimum Qualifications Must have a SECRET level clearance 4 years employment experience in a similar role Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Management Analyst with a focus on process improvement. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Effective communication and presentation abilities. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software. Desired Qualifications Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Professional certifications such as Certified Management Consultant (CMC) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
