DSA is hiring a ServiceNow Application Developer to support the Miltech customer remotely. Required Qualifications Active Secret Clearance BS degree in Engineering or Computer Science DoD 8570.01 IAT or IAM Level II certification At least five years of experience in information technology with specific focus on ServiceNow app development, configuration, and administration. Experience with JavaScript, REST API, SQL, Linux Strong understanding and work experience in Web services, SOAP, Object Oriented patterns Strong understanding of ITIL v3 processes Experience with ServiceNow toolset and integrations with related systems Experience with DevSecOps developing, releasing, and maintaining software solutions. Knowledge of web app development, App Engine Studio, Creator Studio. Significant experience with ServiceNow modules including Automation Engine, Service Catalog, Incident/problem, Asset Management, Reporting and Configuration Strong customer service skills and demonstrated interest in continuous improvement. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with a variety of audiences including senior level management. Proven ability to manage multiple projects with changing priorities and requirements. Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to operate independently, or collaboratively across multiple functional areas. Desired Qualifications ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certification ITIL v3 certification Experience in working with cloud technologies, including Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS) Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, and SQL Server Key Responsibilities Determine and implement solutions for new features, capabilities, and tools integrations with ServiceNow to address key system requirements for the mission. Follow best practices to configure, enhance, and maintain ServiceNow platform implementations across multiple ServiceNow modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management. Develop solutions across the ServiceNow platform to utilize automation and integration capabilities of ServiceNow.
