We are seeking talented and motivated CNO Developers to join our team! We're on several CNO contracts and have a need for Framework Developers, Software Researchers, Embedded Developers, Software Testers, Reverse Engineers, and Mobile Developers. We're providing $20,000 sign-on bonuses to candidates that are successfully placed onto one of our CNO contracts as well as issuing generous retention bonuses. Desired Skills: • Experience with object-oriented programming languages like C/C++ and Python • Familiarity with common binary executable formats (PE, ELF, etc.) • Familiarity with reading and writing assembly (x86/x64, ARM, MIPS, etc.); • Skilled in assembly (IDA Pro, Ghidra, or a similar binary analysis tool) • Experience with dynamic and static binary analysis, fuzzing techniques, and source code auditing • Familiarity with debuggers (WinDBG, GDB, ADB, BDI, etc.) • Experience in analyzing user-mode binaries and kernel-mode drivers • Familiarity with Wireshark, network protocols and modern software engineering concepts Benefits: • Up to 5 weeks PTO • 11 Paid Federal Holidays • 2 Authorized "Site Closure" days • 10% 401k Employer GIFT- Immediately vested • Up to $20k Referral Bonus • Up to 100% Health Care Coverage (BlueCross BlueShield) • HSA- $1600 for individuals/$3200 for employee plus spouse • FSA program • $20k Sign on Bonus • Short- and Long-term disability • Annual Profit-Sharing Bonus • Annual $500 Tech reimbursement • Annual $5,250 paid education and training allowance • Annual Company Trip to either Nassau Bahamas, Singer Island Florida, Paradise Island Bahamas, or the Cambridge Hyatt Resort (employee + guest!)
