Job description

Title Collection Manager - All Levels Locations Maryland, Hawaii, Texas, Ohio, Utah, Georgia, Alaska, and Colorado Required Clearance TS/SCI w/ CI Poly Identify appropriate collection access points, methods, and/or plans necessary to exploit target networks and to satisfy specific collection requirements. Develop, plan, and coordinate the deployment of collection systems. Validate, coordinate, issue, adjust, and terminate collection tasking for DoD Collection programs. Collaborate internally and with external agencies to acquire, maintain and maximize access to global communications. Relevant experience must be in signals intelligence (SIGINT) collection and/or analysis. Completion of military training in a relevant area such as Signals Collection or Analysis program will be considered towards the relevant experience requirement (i.e., a 24-week course will count as 6 months of experience) Collection Manager Level Requirements Level 1: 6 years of exp (no degree) OR AA degree + 4 years OR B.A. degree + 2 years Level 2: 9 years exp (no degree) OR AA degree + 7 years OR B.A. degree + 5 years OR Masters + 3 years Level 3: 12 years exp (no degree) OR AA degree + 10 years OR B.A. degree + 8 years OR Masters + 6 years Level 4: 15 years exp (no degree) OR AA degree + 13 years OR B.A. degree + 11 years OR Masters + 9 years
