Collection Requirements Coordinator (CRC) The Collection Requirements Coordinator (CRC) will serve as a conduit throughout the programs' lifecycle between customers and J2C Collections Requirements Managers (CRMs) for collection and tasking specific to the Lines of Effort (LOEs) for the program. The CRC will aggregate program-generated RFIs and coordinate with J2C CRM to help address the Intelligence gaps. The CRC shall be experienced in the processes for tasking and tracking across multiple sources (i.e. HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, etc.). The CRC must understand intelligence collection and the inherent processes from requirements generation through development and into transition. The CRC must be familiar with the collection processes as taught by DIA. They will: Research existing collection requirements using databases and other resources as part of a collection management strategy. Analyze collection-related information and identified intelligence gaps to guide tasking, identify problems, and assist with collection management for each LOE. Use in-depth knowledge of customer requirements to guide collection; coordinate collection/mission management; and help establish/draft documentation for information handling processes. Help drive collection process improvement and provide timely updates to the Intel Leads across the program LOEs. Share knowledge of collection management practices and techniques to advise analysts and mission leaders in analytic processes, procedures, disciplines, tools, tasks, policies, and standards. Collaborate, network and partner across the LOE targets, disciplines, and organizations to help refine the intelligence in response to identified gaps. Have working knowledge of current collection requirements tools as well as reporting and dissemination tools across the Intelligence Community. Coordinate all activities with USCYBERCOM Collection Management (J2C) for Collection Strategy development and formal production, submission, and tasking of Collection Requirements to the appropriate organizations. Prepare SigDev Project Plans and other documentations in coordination with J2C to drive the requirement. Requirements: TS SCI with current CI polygraph and background investigation. Full scope/Lifestyle polygraph a plus 10+ years' experience in collection management or collection strategy development. Recent work within the SIGINT collection community preferred, with HUMINT requirements experience a plus. Must have familiarity with current DoD Directives and Instructions for Collection Management. Must have working familiarity with current CYBERCOM J2C and/or NSA collection requirements and tasking procedures. Familiarity/Experience with DIA, NRO procedures a plus Current or previous experience working within IJSTO or Special Access Programs (SAP) preferred but not required Strong writing skills required with experience in preparing assessments and info papers for Senior Leaders Must have experience preparing and presenting results of analysis and assessments. Final salary is commensurate upon education and applicable years of experience.
