The Division Lead will be responsible for managing high-level initiatives, ensuring that all projects align with the organization's objectives and maintaining competitive intelligence capabilities within Maryland Operations. As a Division Lead, your key responsibilities will include: Provide program execution excellence on a diverse portfolio of strategic programs across the assigned division. Instill program best-practices and a culture of operational excellence to guide successful execution from mission, technical and business perspectives. Drive organic on-contract growth as well as new business opportunities. This includes support for strategic or complex business captures and proposals across the Business Unit and Intel Sector, to include interfacing with customers, developing technical concepts and solutions, assessing risk, preparing and presenting gate reviews, and developing sound basis of estimates. Participate in formulation and refinement of business unit strategy and in implementation, allocation, and flowdown across Business Areas - optimizing structural and execution aspects of the organization in line with the strategy. Champion Change as new business units or service capabilities join the company. Promote an entrepreneurial, innovative, performance driven culture. Use established relationships and develop new ones with key Government decision makers and acquisition officials to lead/deliver/win new and current business. Implement consistent and standard processes for business planning and forecasting, staffing, delivery, reporting, technical achievements, and client relationship management. Responsible for the overall satisfaction of the customers, cost control, and ensuring the quality of services provided on programs Maintain contractual and programmatic oversight of all projects within the division. Provide status on a timely basis for all major projects at least monthly. Directly responsible for the management of personnel operating in dispersed teams within their area of responsibility, ensuring Standard Operating Procedures are communicated and followed Contribute to development and execution of streamlined processes to increase program effectiveness and service delivery Drive organizational capability by developing leadership team members, identify emerging leaders, drive investment in new technical talent, and ensuring high levels of employee engagement across the division. Review and manage allocated budget for assigned resources. Monitor budget execution to identify and report potential shortfalls and or overages Conduct or oversee after-action reviews of all business opportunities to document lessons learned and identify necessary process adjustments. Create annual performance goals for assigned employees, generate annual performance assessments, and participate in annual salary and bonus planning. Perform recruitment and redeployment planning. Maintain and exceed retention goals. Oversee employee training and career development providing mentorship and leadership across the entire organization technical and programmatic teams. You're Required To Have This: TS/SCI with active polygraph PMP certification Program Management and Profit/Loss experience on programs valued at over $50M annual revenue Knowledgeable in FAR, DFAR, ITAR, CDRLs.
