The Opportunity: The need for Embedded Development to support dynamic mission environments is cru cia l. You know the specific skillset is imperative to provide success in these client spaces, demonstrate the expertise to create capabilities and therefore outcomes that not only meet mission needs, but provide individual success. We're looking for someone like you to help our clients meet their mission by changing the face of capability development. In this role, you'll use your embedded development skillset to build and maintain capabilities and solutions for our clients. You'll work closely with clients to transform into emerging te chn ologies. You will work with us to continue providing expectational support to our client environment and e nga ge in successful mission outcomes. You'll participate in code reviews and work as part of a larger team to develop embedded sof tware products. You will create and maintain documentation on developed sof tware and te chn iques. You'll develop and maintain support sof tware for interfacing with developed embedded sof tware and c ond uct developer testing and integration testing for all developed sof tware. Join us. You Have: Experience designing, developing, debugging, and modifying embedded software Experience with low-level programming in Windows, Linux, or RTOS, including VxWorks or uC / OS Experience with C / C++ and Python programming TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience as an embedded developer, or 10+ years of experience as an embedded developer in lieu of a degree Nice If You Have: Experience automating the testing of embedded sof tware running on embedded devices Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
