Job Description Description: The Functional Support staff perform the general administrative, financial, security, contracting and purchasing tasks required for the successful conduct of a contract. Key Responsibilities: Report progress or assigned task.
Prepare monthly financial reports.
Monitor contract costs.
Backfill operational roles
Develop documentation Skills: Demonstrated experience in bidding and negotiations of contracts and administrations of contracts and subcontracts.
Demonstrated experience in procurement of materials and services including subcontracts
Demonstrated experience in defining and managing contract security requirements.
Demonstrated experience with developing documentation and technical writing.
Demonstrated experience in gathering performance data and presenting metrics using office productivity tools
Demonstrated experience in following operational instructions and performing tasks as directed Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in administering and executing contracting, financial, procurement and security for contracts of similar scope, size, and complexity.
Required Education & Experience: High School/GED (+9) years of relevant experience. AD (+7) years of relevant experience. BA/BD (+5) years of relevant experience. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
