VTC Systems Administrator - TS/SCI w/Full Scope Poly
Location: Annapolis Junction, MD We have an immediate opening for a VTC Systems Administrator to support work in Annapolis Junction, MD. Responsibilities include:
1. VTC System Administrator will perform technical duties related to administration and end-user support for VTC infrastructure, endpoint devices and video streaming.
2. Installing, configuring, testing, upgrading, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing video teleconferencing (VTC) system and VoIP systems.
3. Conducting quality assurance tests to identify system failures and to analyze, isolate, and correct operation faults on VTC and VoIP equipment infrastructure and software in the end user environment. Requirements:
1. Must have an active TS/SCI w/Full Scope Poly.
2. 10 years of experience as a systems administrator.
3. Bachelor's degree 10 years of experience or 15 years of experience in lieu of degree.
4. Experience with various VTC and VoIP equipment (Polycom, Tandberg, Cisco, etc.) and related protocols (i.e., H.323, H.235, H.264, H.239, Duo Video, etc.) and a working knowledge of routing equipment and their interfaces with VTC hardware and multi-layer secure network environments.
5. Highly desired: DoD 8570 CE requirements: CompTIA A+ CE, CompTIA Network+ CE, or CompTIA Security+. Salary range: $110,000-$130,000 Why work for us:
