Job description

OPS Consulting is seeking a Cryptologic Cyber Planner 3 to work in Annapolis Junction, MD. Job Description:
The Cryptologic Cyber Planner 3 develops, coordinates, and integrates cyber planning, mitigation strategies, tactics, and operations. Leverages existing processes, analytic techniques, proprietary tools and technologies to create and implement operational campaigns. Documents operational use cases to support adversary defeat, initiates communications with external support partners, and conducts research for sources of data to be used in future planning. Utilizes experience with operational planning, has a strong cyber background, ability to effectively communicate requirements, and leads developmental working groups and/or meetings as requested by the client. Required Qualifications: Doctoral degree with 4 years of experience. Master's degree with 6 years of relevant experience. Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of relevant experience. Associate's degree with 10 years of relevant experience. High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience A Degree in Cyber Security, Information Assurance or related field is preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable. Relevant experience must be in an area directly related to the DoD and/or a similar mission and include strategic and/or operational level planning (e.g., joint operations). External engagement/collaboration experience (e.g., participation in cross-Agency working groups, JDA, field assignments, and external customer support) is preferred. Security Clearance: • A current government clearance, background investigation, and polygraph are required. We are an equal opportunity employer. Pay Range: $49,996.80 - $290,004.00 Pay ranges are a general guideline and not intended as a guaranteed and/or implied final compensation or salary for this job opening. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several different factors including, but not limited to: level of position, complexity of job responsibilities, geographic location, work experience, education, certifications, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.
