Job description

Job Description:

Supervise and train behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians, including supervision requirements for RBT certification.
Use evaluation tools such as VBMAPP, Vineland, and Motivation Assessment Scale (MAS).
Design and oversee behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans
Train caregivers on the client's individualized plan and other principles in ABA.
Conduct and write initial and reassessments
Maintain all certifications and licensures

Qualifications

Education: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
Certifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB
Licensure: Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Maryland (LBA)
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the field of Behavior Analysis and/or 3 years experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism.

Requirements:

Must have access to transportation to commute and be prompt to each appointment.
Valid driver's license
Willing to undergo a background check.
Respectful and compassionate.
Good time management skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to be energetic.
Hold strong ethics.
Able to lift 20 lbs.
Ability to sit on the ground.
